The Minister for Works and Housing, Kenneth Gilbert Adjei, has officially inaugurated the newly-appointed Board of Directors of TDC Ghana Ltd, tasking them with delivering on the company’s mandate to provide affordable and sustainable housing solutions.

The newly constituted Board is chaired by the Member of Parliament for Tema East, Isaac Odamtten, and includes the following members:
- Mr. Courage K. M. Nunekpeku (Managing Director)
- Mr. Adam Awal
- Mr. Ebenezer Sam
- Rev. Mrs. Barbara Ayesu
- Mr. Abdul Gafaru Ali
- Mr. Elliot Gordor
During the inauguration ceremony, Adjei congratulated the appointees on their well-earned roles and praised TDC Ghana Ltd for consistently ranking among the top five best-performing state-owned enterprises in Ghana.

He emphasized the need for the company to remain committed to its core objective of delivering affordable housing and called for closer collaboration with the Ministry to advance policy reforms and ensure effective utilization of state lands.

The Minister, urged the new Board to provide clear policy direction and strategic oversight while respecting the operational autonomy of the company’s management. He encouraged them to support the Managing Director in addressing key priorities such as the renewal of expired land leases.

Adjei also stressed the importance of aligning TDC Ghana Ltd’s activities with the Ministry’s broader policy framework to promote transparency, accountability, and sustainable urban development.
The newly inaugurated Board is expected to play a pivotal role in guiding the company’s strategic growth and contributing to the national housing agenda.
