Member of Parliament for Ajumako Enyan Essiam Constituency Cassiel Ato Forson has donated items including personal protective equipment (PPEs) to 193 communities in his constituency.
The GH¢125,000 worth of items, presented on his behalf by his party’s Constituency Secretary, Andrews Kojo Doodu, also included 500 Veronica buckets, 20,000 hand sanitizers, nose masks, gloves, liquid soaps and other things.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Constituency Secretary said the MP’s priority is the health and safety of his constituents, adding that this is the third in a series of donations by the MP.
Paramount Chief of Enyan Denkyira Osaberima Otsibu Kwaw VI, who received the donations on behalf of the people, thanked the MP and asked for God’s blessings on him, saying that it was timely.
Meanwhile, some District Assembly Members at Ajumako Enyan Essiam expressed and promised judicious application of the items.
