The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has reached an agreement with government to provide a monthly stipend to 500 female footballers for the next six months, starting this month. Two persons are in the grips of the Northern Regional Police Command of the Ghana Police Service for failing to comply with impositions on wearing of nose masks. The two, Isaiah Sunrise, 25, and Ibrahim Musah, 60, were arrested on Thursday, July 2 at the forecourt of the Regional Police Headquarters in Tamale.
