The Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC) has sent invitation letters to members of the Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) for a meeting on Wednesday, May 27. A total of 2,070 patients have recovered from the coronavirus disease in Ghana, as per the latest update given by the Ghana Health Service (GHS). Released on Monday, May 25, the update sees the total case count rise to 6,808. No new deaths were recorded, keeping the number at 32 so far. The president of South Africa has warned that the country’s coronavirus outbreak is going to get much worse, while announcing that lockdown measures are to be eased.
