The Ghana Education Service (GES) has asked political party agents assigned to senior high schools where the new voter registration is going to take place to conduct themselves according to law. The Service warned that the schools cannot be used as a place for partisan politicking. The Chairman of the Ghana Education Council (GES), Michael Nsowah, has revealed that the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) Senior High School is currently facing challenges with infrastructure. South Africa has recorded its highest-ever single-day increase in Covid-19 cases. The health ministry said there were 13,674 infections in the past 24 hours from the highest number of tests done in a single day in the country. Tributes have been paid to Liberian MP and former supermodel Munah Pelham-Youngblood, who has died at the age of 36. She was one of only 10 women in the West African nation’s 103-seat parliament.
