Ghana’s coronavirus cases have risen from 313 to 378, the president has disclosed. In a nationwide broadcast on Thursday night, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo said despite the rising records, Ghana has been modestly successful in containing the virus. The Union of Professional Nurses and Midwives, Ghana (UPNMG) has expressed disagreement with the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) over the latter’s proposals to the president as regards who frontline health workers are.
