Medical drone delivery giants Zipline have donated several items to communities and health centers within their catchment areas to help the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. The items included Veronica buckets, detergents and hand sanitizers. The Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has revealed that the motive behind the lockdown announced by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is to upscale testing for coronavirus in Ghana. The president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has announced a lockdown in the cities of Lagos and Abuja in an effort to contain the spread of Covid-19.
