The driver of the Yutong bus that got involved in the fatal accident at Dawadawa Number 2 on the Kintampo-Tamale highway was tired and sleeping behind the wheels, a survivor has revealed. Twenty-eight passengers were burnt beyond recognition as the vehicles involved in the accident caught fire. Six passengers, however, survived. Russian President Vladimir Putin has not ruled out running for president again beyond 2024, when his term ends. But he told parliament that the Constitutional Court would first have to approve such a step. An MP has proposed “resetting to zero” the number of presidential terms.
