A waiter near Paris has been shot dead by a customer who was reportedly angry because his sandwich was not prepared quickly enough. Police say a murder investigation has been launched after the incident on Friday evening in the eastern suburb of Noisy-le-Grand. The suspect fled the scene and has not been caught. Ambulance crews tried to save the 28-year-old waiter, who had been shot in the shoulder, but he died at the scene. Ghanaians have been urged to pray and support Team Ghana ahead of the start of the 12th All Africa Games in Morocco. The Games start on Monday and end on Saturday, August 31. The main opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC) has opened nominations in the Ashaiman Constituency for prospective aspirants to contest the forth coming parliamentary primaries. A bomb has exploded in a wedding hall in the Afghan capital, Kabul, and many casualties are feared. Witnesses told the BBC a suicide bomber detonated explosives during a wedding ceremony. Witnesses said they had seen bodies. The explosion happened at around 22:40 local time (18.10 GMT) in an area mostly populated by Shia Muslims. No group has said it carried out the attack, which happened in the west of the city.
