The Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, has conferred a posthumous promotion on Captain Maxwell Adam Mahama, who was lynched at Denkyira-Obuasi virtually in the line of duty.
