The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA) has issued a second and final notice to owners and operators of temporary structures and garages around the Baba Yara Sports Stadium. The local authority had issued a warning earlier this month, giving the owners and operators till Wednesday, February 5 to voluntarily remove their structures and garages.
