I’ve been helping men improve their love lives for years now. I’ve probably read dozens of articles on what women find attractive in men. I’ve even written a few of them. The funny thing is, I rarely come across articles that touch on what men find attractive in a woman. Is the modern dating game so lopsided that it’s enough for a woman to just ‘show up’, or do we men stumble merely at the sight of a nice head of hair and a shapely body? I won’t deny the fact that this is true for a lot of men…

The experts, who presented their findings at the European Association for the Study of Diabetes meeting in Munich, said living with a husband or…
While many call the selfie culture ‘millennial narcissism’, a new study has found that this movement may be enhancing people’s overall well-being. Researchers found that regularly snapping selfies and sharing the images with friends boosts people’s mood and ultimately makes them happier. The findings suggest that taking one selfie a day will improve your confidence and make you more comfortable with yourself. The first selfie is believed to have been taken in 1839 by an amateur chemist and photography enthusiast. But these images have since evolved to become an important piece of our modern-day history. Selfies have gained a bad…
A study has found that during sleep, the experiences you care about are more likely to enter your long-term memory. Eighty non-Welsh speaking participants were taught Welsh words before either a period of wake or sleep. Those who slept showed an increased ability to learn the words, and the effect was greatest in those who placed personal value on the language. This suggests that memories perceived as important undergo preferential treatment by the brain during sleep. While it has long been established that sleep helps the consolidation of memories, this is the first study to show that the effect is…

Despite all the fears about cell phones and radiation, most of us still put our phones in our jean pockets. It’s easy, convenient, and any bad effects are impossible to see. But a new study warns there is conclusive evidence that men in particular need to find another storage spot. A systemic review of 21 research papers on radiation shows phones placed close to a man’s genitals for a prolonged period of time steadily drive down sperm count. And among the studies, many suggest surviving sperm could be DMA-damaged. The biological phenomenon is currently under fierce debate since scientists have no…
