The Majority Leader in Parliament, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu, has conceded that government would not be able to build the La General Hospital in Accra as planned because it lacks the needed funds for the project. He blamed the delay in the reconstruction of the hospital on the withholding of funds by the sponsors of the facility.
