Photos of a man allegedly masturbating in a car outside a high school in Tunisia have prompted an outpouring of stories by women about the sexual abuse and harassment they have experienced. They are being shared under the hashtag #EnaZeda, which means “MeToo” in Tunisian Arabic. Namibia’s President Hage Geingob has been re-elected for a second term, the country’s electoral commission says. Mr Geingob polled 56.3% in Wednesday’s election, well ahead of his nearest rival Panduleni Itula with 29.4%. A record overcrowding at the Accident and Emergency Centre (A&E) of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital in Accra Saturday forced authorities to keep patients requiring emergency healthcare in ambulances for hours. Patients who arrived in ambulances from across the country with different trauma cases could not get beds at the A&E Centre, and had to stay in their respective ambulances for at least four hours.
