Minister of Finance Dr. Cassiel Ato Baah Forson has dismissed suggestions that the economic recovery recorded under the Mahama-led administration happened by chance.
“The progress Ghana is experiencing today did not happen by chance,” he stressed in his mid-year budget review in Parliament on Thursday, July 23.
He stressed: “Our recovery is as a result of superior economic management.”
For him, the government achieved this on three main policy initiatives including fiscal discipline.
