Accra Hearts of Oak have unveiled Nebojsa Kapor as their new Head Coach, handing the UEFA-licensed tactician a two-year contract as the club looks to reclaim its place among Ghana’s football elite.
Announcing the appointment on Saturday, July 25, the club’s Board of Directors said Kapor emerged from an extensive recruitment process and was chosen for his tactical expertise, deep grasp of the Ghanaian game, and progressive coaching philosophy.
He arrives with solid Premier League pedigree, having previously handled Tema Youth FC, Bechem United FC and Medeama SC.
The Board described Kapor as a coach known for building disciplined, attacking sides with a strong emphasis on youth development, noting that his approach fits squarely with the club’s long-term rebuilding plans.
Hearts of Oak indicated that Kapor’s arrival is only the first of several technical appointments expected in the coming weeks as the club assembles its backroom staff ahead of the new season.
