Award-winning Afrobeats artiste Wendy Shay will take her turn at the Accra Sports Stadium on Friday as Legon Cities FC face off with Great Olympics in the Ghana Premier League.
It will be a Matchday 10 fixture in the 2019/20 Premier League.
Wendy Shay’s performance, likely to be at the break, will follow previous appearances by Shatta Wale and Medikal.
This time around the gates will be free for ladies in red as the day also marks Valentine’s Day.
Legon Cities and Great Olympics are struggling in the League though they are both on 10 points each.
While Olympics are narrowly ahead with three wins and 13th on the log, Cities are 15th with only two wins so far, the first coming against Bechem United.
The team is optimistic of adding to their points tally.
Wendy Shay herself has urged all her fans, ShayGang, to be at the Accra Sports Stadium for the evening encounter.
