Contestants of TV3 Mentor Reloaded set the tone for the christmas festivities last Sunday with different renditions of christmas carols.
One after the other, each of the 16 contestants took turns to entertain studio audience and viewers with Christmas songs with some being creative with their own words.
Representing team Adina, Evance was first to perform Chris Brown’s ‘This Christmas.’
Next from Team Adina was Missy who sang ‘The First Noel’ by Pentatonix.
Aemma sang songstress Eshun’s ‘Afehyia Pa’ song.
To wrap up the performances from Team Adina, Optional King came through with his own rendition of ‘Feliz Navidad’ by Jose Feliciano.
From Team Appietus, Sam Bryt came through with a performance of ‘Silent Night’ by Temptation.
Yaw Blvck performed Gene Autry’s ‘Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer’.
Also from Team Appietus, Bennada performed “O Holy Night” by Mariah Carey.
To close the curtains on performances from Team Appietus, Chichiz performed Kofi Kinaata’s ‘Made In Taadi’.
Frema Baby from Team Bessa Simons sang “Mary’s Boy Child” by Boney M.
Kweku Darlington also performed Eshun’s “Afehyia Pa”.
“Feliz Navidad” by Jose Feliciano was performed by Kobi Kobbs.
Last to perform from Team Bessa Simons was Dufie who sang ‘This is Christmas’ by Celine Dion.
The final set of performances was from Team Edem, starting with Taabea who performed “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” by Mahalia Jackson.
Myka appeared on stage performing “White Christmas” by The Drifters.
Jedy performed “We Three Kings” by Dolly Parton.
The final performance for the night came from Eli who sang Michael Bublé’s “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town”.
