Finally, the much anticipated time is here, and the rebranded TV3 Mentor Reloaded is airborne with 16 talented wannabe music stars ready to take viewers on an exciting and entertaining 13-week journey.
The show has officially kicked off with all 16 contestants performing songs of their choice during the first show on Sunday, December 1.
For the opening acts, the contestants appeared on stage in their respective teams.
The Reloaded Mentor comes with four mentors; Adina, Bessa Simons, Appietus and Edem, and each of these mentors have four contestants under their care.
The various teams, Team Adina, Team Appietus, Team Edem and Team Bessa performed songs of their respective mentors.
Contestants then took turns individually to perform songs from some of their favourite artistes in Ghana and beyond, including Asa, Kofi Kinata, Adina, Teni, Whitney Houston amongst other music greats.
Exhibiting strong vocal dexterity and exceptional rap skills, each of the contestants appeared on stage entertaining viewers with their talent.
Judges were impressed with performances for the first week and encouraged contestants to put in more work.
Mentor Reloaded is a platform aimed at allowing music talents showcase what they have, with one lucky winner walking away with a 2-bedroom house.
The show airs at 8:00p.m every Sunday night on TV3 and all social media platforms.
Viewers are encouraged to vote for their favourite contestant via the Mentor App on Google Play Store and the Apple Store.
