
Ghana’s Black Queens will begin their host-and-win campaign at the 2018 Africa Women Cup of Nations in Group A.
Ghana will play Algeria on the opening day of the tournament on Saturday, November 17 while Mali engage Cameroon.
The four countries were on Sunday drawn in Group A, to play at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Ten-time champions Nigeria were seeded in Group B.
The Super Falcons will begin the defence of their title a day after the opening day as they play the Banyana Banyana of South Africa.
The two teams together with Zambia’s She-polopolo and Kenya’s Harambee Starlets, who replaced former champions Equatorial Guinea, are in Group B.
The 11th edition of the Africa Women Cup of Nations will begin on Saturday, November 17 and end on Saturday, December 1, 2018.
