The police in Kumasi have invited three persons to assist with investigation in connection with the murder of Otumfuo’s Asamponhene, Oheneba Kwadwo Afoduor.
The 46-year-old was stabbed multiple times to death by unknown assailants at Ebuom on the Ejura-Nkronza highway Sunday evening.
Relatives, friends, and sympathisers trooped to the house of the deceased at Krofrom to commiserate with the family Monday morning.
Some family members could not control their tears when the news team visited the deceased house.
The family wants justice to be served.
Their plea is for the police to investigate thoroughly and bring the perpetrators to book.
The police have urged the public to remain calm and assist them with vital information that can lead to the arrest of the assailants.
The Late Oheneba Afoduor left behind two wives and nine children.
