Asomdwee Ne Bohye Asase Ministries (ABAM), otherwise known as Peace and Promised Land Ministries, on Monday, September 23 embarked on its annual healthwalk in Accra.
The walk, the fourth in its edition, began at Ritz Junction on the Adentan-Madina Highway to its Botwe Assembly at Ashaley Botwe.
Scores of church members – mostly the youth – danced to brass band music as they marched along the main street to Ashaley Botwe. They march through the Aviation House, Third Gate and took a detour in Botwe through the St Francis of Asisi Catholic Church area.

At the final destination, the Botwe Assembly of ABAM, the members were taken through aerobics exercises including stretching and dancing.

An elder of the church, Elder Mensa Bonsu, advised the members to continue with such exercise in order to keep fit all the time.
This lifestyle he said will save them from contracting avoidable ailments.
He congratulated the Youth Ministry of the church for successfully organizing such an event yearly since 2016.
