Ghana will play England, Croatia and Panama in Group L of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
This follows the draw held at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts in Washington DC on Friday.
It was a gathering of the creme de la creme in football as the global showpiece takes shape from Friday’s event.
US President Donald J. Trump, who graced the occasion as the Special Guest, was awarded the 2026 FIFA Peace Prize winner before the draw.
Ghana, who will be making a fifth appearance at the tournament, was the last but one nation to be drawn from Pot 4.
Defending champions Argentina were drawn in Group J to play Algeria, Austria and Jordan.
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be held in Canada, Mexico and USA from June 11, 2026 to July 19, 2026.
