The Cyber Security Authority (CSA) has hosted a delegation from the Department of Defence Intelligence of the Armed Forces for high-level talks aimed at strengthening collaboration against growing digital threats.
The meeting highlighted a shared commitment to deepening institutional coordination to safeguard Ghana’s cybersecurity ecosystem as cyber risks become increasingly sophisticated and transnational. Officials stressed that closer partnerships among state agencies are essential to building national resilience and ensuring rapid, coordinated responses to emerging threats.
Acting Director-General of the CSA, Divine Selase Agbeti, reaffirmed the Authority’s readiness to support the Ghana Armed Forces in expanding technical capacity, particularly through advanced training and the integration of artificial intelligence tools to improve strategic preparedness.
He noted that sustained cooperation, intelligence-sharing and forward-looking capability development remain critical to protecting the country’s cyber territorial integrity and maintaining public trust in digital systems.
The engagement forms part of broader government efforts to strengthen inter-agency collaboration and reinforce national defences as the threat landscape continues to evolve.
