The Ninth Parliament is set to return for the Third Meeting of the Second Session on Tuesday, November 3.
All the 276 members (MPs) were notified of the return to the House by Speaker Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin on Tuesday, October 20.
He stated that the return for the final sitting of the year 2026 was in pursuant of Order 58 of the Standing Orders of Parliament.
They are to congregate in the House at 10:00am, according to the notice.
The MPs were recalled for a five-day emergency sitting on Tuesday, September 29.
This, according to the Speaker, was at the request of the President but the Minority insisted, then, that the caucus had forced the House to reconvene as a result of several issues including the seizure of cocaine worth millions of dollars from Ghana by French authorities.
