Black Stars defender Andy Yiadom was influential for Barnsley as he set up a goal to help them thrash Aston Villa 3-1 in the English Championship on Tuesday night. The 25-year-old marshalled the lines for the Tykes and remained prominent on the night in the crucial victory. The 2017 Ghana AFCON defender weighed in a sample of his trademark cross from the right to set up Welsh teammate Tom Bradshaw, who connected home to increase the lead in the 43rd minute. Celebrations were however cut short when another Ghanaian and former Black Stars winger, Albert Adomah, worked a beautiful run for Ivorian Jonathan Kodjia to halve the deficit for the hosts. Adomaa was narrowly denied a few minutes before that when Barnsley keeper Davies tipped his goal-bound drive just over the bar. But the determined Barnsley side restored their lead as Bradshaw scored his second goal of the night. By Nana Afrane Asante|3news.com|Ghana Follow @3Newsgh]]>
