The recent deaths were originally attributed to the outbreak of meningitis.
However, tests conducted by health officials ruled out meningitis and pointed to a bacterial infection as the cause.
But some students were convinced the deaths were spiritual.
Eleven students have lost their lives since April.
As a result of the students fears, the Baptist pastors stormed the school to pray for the students and anoint them with oil in a move to exorcise the demon in the school.

Head Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church at Kyeyaase, a suburb of Kumasi, Rev Steven Paintsil told Media General‘s Kwame Agyekum that the session is being done with the approval of the school.
He agrees it is being done to complement efforts of health professionals.
Meanwhile, students were taken through a second day of vaccination on Wednesday.

Teachers and some parents were also vaccinated.
Parents, who had come for their wards in the heat of the situation, have agreed to bring them each day for the vaccination programme.
