President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has wished all the injured in the collapse of a portion of Accra Mall’s ceiling a speedy recovery.
The portion collapsed on Thursday, leaving three injured.
In a tweet after the incident, the president expressed worry about the incident but made a call to all and sundry to “improve our maintenance culture”.
“I am disturbed to hear of the incident at the Accra Mall,” his tweet opened.

The injured are all Nigerians, 3news.com has gathered.
They were shopping on Thursday when the accident occurred.
Safety officers were immediately deployed to that part of the Mall to forestall further casualties.
