A total of 427 new infections of coronavirus has shot Ghana’s case count up to 5,127. This comes exactly two months after the country recorded its first two index cases of the deadly viral disease. Over 81 permanent workers of the Ridge Royal Hotel in Cape Coast in the Central Region besieged the premises, demanding the payment of their April salaries. The workers chanted war songs as part of a protest to register their anger against management.
