North Korea has attempted to launch a missile on its east coast which is believed to have failed, South Korea’s military says. It comes a day after the state warned the US that it was “ready to hit back with nuclear attacks” amid mounting tension in the region. The Kwahu Traditional Authority has thrown its weight behind the establishment of a paragliding training school. They are however calling for its siting in any of the Kwahu towns. Property owners in Kwahu in the Eastern Region have had to convert their homes into guest houses to accommodate bulging patrons of the annual Easter festivities. Testimony released by the Brazilian Supreme Court alleges that builders and politicians illegally profited from the construction of stadiums used in the 2014 football World Cup. The plea bargain testimony was given by executives working for Odebrecht – the continent’s biggest construction firm.
