President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has nominated chief executives for the country’s four major cities – Accra, Kumasi, Tamale and Sekondi-Takoradi. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has appointed Eric Nana Agyeman-Prempeh as the new Director General of the National Disaster Management Organisation (Nadmo). In a letter dated March 9, 2017, President Akufo-Addo stated that the appointment is in pursuant to Section 17(1) of the Nadmo Act, 2016, Act 926. “I take this opportunity to congratulate you formally on your appointment,” the letter said.
