A 10-day-old baby was burnt to death Wednesday morning at Filling Point a town in Tamale in the Northern Region in a fire outbreak. The Board of Directors of the Ghana Oil Company Limited (GOIL) has rendered a “sincere” apology to President Akufo-Addo for criticizing him over a ‘fake’ appointment. The Central Regional Minister, Mr Kwamena Duncan has proposed to Government to consider granting tax holidays to investors who operate in Regions taunted as poor. Two ex-convicts who spent years in jail have been arrested again by the Tema Regional Police Command for robbery. Former Deputy Minister for Local Government and Rural Development, John Kwabena Oti Bless, has urged government to provide more funds to staple crop farmers whose produce directly feed the nation. A young woman undergoing some form of mental treatment in Tamale, Northern Region was found hanging dead on a tree Wednesday morning. The deceased is Alhassan Azaratu, aged 35.
