The Kaneshie District Court has ordered the Police Hospital to produce the medical report on the health condition of Dr. Frederick Mac Palm, one of the 10 persons accused of plotting to destabilise the country. This was after his lawyer, Victor Kojoga Adawudu, on February 6, requested for him to be referred to Korle Bu Teaching Hospital since he needs a specialist’s to attend to him. During the previous sitting, lawyer for Dr. Mac Palm told the court his client was unwell and needed medical attention. The court therefore ordered the investigator to ensure he was attended to. According to Mr. Adawudu, the Police Hospital did not have the required specialist to take him through treatment. The Kaneshie district court magistrate, Eleanor Bans Botwe, therefore requested for a medical report before the order could be given. He ordered the hospital to produce the medical report by February 13. By Godfred Tanam | Ghana]]>
