After two straight draws, Asante Kotoko will march to the Theatre of Dreams in the hopes of clinching a win over Dreams FC on Sunday.
Since they beat their nemesis Hearts of Oak by 2-1 in Week 6, the Porcupine Warriors are yet to record a win and put up a convincing performance.
Their opponents, Dreams FC, were shattered by Hearts of Oak in their own backyard and seemed to have recovered quickly as they beat Liberty Professionals 1-2 away.
Kotoko have managed to get 14 points out of a possible 24 and they occupy the fifth place on the league table with Dreams close on their heels with 13 points.
Until last Sunday, when they played against Hearts, Dreams FC were unbeaten at the Theatre of Dreams. The Porcupine Warriors have won 2 out of 4 away games and will be expecting to add Dreams to their list of conquests.
Hearts of Oak will travel to Dormaa on Sunday to face Aduana Stars with the hopes of crushing their opponents’ unbeaten home record.
Aduana are a dominant side in the league and for the Phobians to beat them, they need to bring the brilliance that has been sparked in them since they lost to Kotoko.
Aduana suffered a shock defeat to Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday, resulting in them losing their place as league leaders.
The Phobian, significantly, are yet to lose a game after their 2-1 loss to Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Feeling dominant after winning away against King Faisal, Accra Great Olympics will stay at home to play Eleven Wonders who were humbled 0-3 at home by Inter Allies on Wednesday.
