Ghana Premier League side Nations FC have ceded their coaching job to veteran Stephen Frimpong Manso, whose last job in the top-flight was for champions Bibiani Goldstars SC.
This appointment comes barely two days after Nations FC parted ways with Kassim Ocansey Mingle and his assistant, Johnson Smith.
The two were asked to leave shortly after the 3-2 win over Eleven Wonders on Sunday.
Aside Frimpong Manso, the Abrankese-based side also named Aboagye Dacosta as an Assistant Coach.
Both come to the respective roles with experience as former footballers.
Frimpong Manso last season led Bibiani Goldstars to their maiden league title, qualifying them for the 2025/26 CAF Champions League.
He was, however, sacked after a disastrous start to the continental campaign with the Miners, going 0-2 down to JS Kabylie in the first leg at home.
He will now have the singular duty of guiding Nations FC, who lie 12th with 8 points, back to the top.
