Ghana Premier League side Eleven Wonders have appointed veteran Josef Emmanuel Sarpong, popularly referred to as JE Sarpong, as their Head Coach.
It comes a couple of days after Nii Odartey Lamptey tendered in his resignation due to the state of bad results.
The appointment takes immediate effect, according to a communication from the club.
“With over 15 years of coaching experience, including league promotions and cup successes, Coach Sarpong brings proven tactical expertise and passion to help revive our campaign.”
Eleven Wonders are currently 17th on the 18-team League with just 2 points.
They are yet to win this season.Nii Odartey Lamptey, who was appointed just at the start of the season, stepped down after the 2-3 loss to 10-man Nations FC, whose coach was also sacked after they game.
Eleven Wonders will play Aduana FC in their next match on Matchday 8.
