Connect 97.1 FM, a renowned radio station in Takoradi, and a Media General brand, has launched its maiden edition of Love Connection that seeks to reward married couples as part of the upcoming Valentine’s Day celebrations on 14th February 2017.
The program is opened to married couples who have been married for a year and above. Participants are expected to fill a form and submit it by February 1, 2017 where 10 of them would be shortlisted for the programme.
The 10 lucky couples will then engage in a competition which includes “knowing you, knowing me [TANGO] Our story, and general questions about Connect FM, sponsors, current affairs among several others.
Five finalists will be selected among the ten to compete for the ultimate prize, which is a dinner buffet and accommodation at the plush Protea Hotel in Takoradi. Several branded souvenirs would be given out.
Acting Station Manager of Connect FM, Ransford Nana Osei Asare explained that the programme hopes to revive and rekindle the love of couples.
