The Ghana Bar Association (GBA) has weighed into the unanimous condemnation of the violence that erupted during the by-election in the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency. An Accra High Court has granted a former Chief Executive Officer of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC), Sedina Tamakloe, a GH¢5 million bail with two sureties. A second accused, Daniel Axim, who is the former Operations Manager of the firm, was also granted a bail of GH¢1 million with one surety. A small plane crashed into a home in California on Sunday, killing the pilot and four others, US officials say. The twin-engine plane came apart and caught fire mid-flight, witnesses told local media, before crashing in Yorba Linda, a suburb of Los Angeles.
