George Mason, 35, and Nicholas Mullan, 24, had sex with an unknown third man between Leicester Square and Waterloo stations, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard. The National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE) is lining up a national summit to address the issue of electoral violence in Ghana.
