Former Chair of the Electoral Commission, Ghana (EC) Charlotte Osei has poured her sorrows out in mourning the death of the immediate past Vice President, Paa Kwesi Bekoe Amissah-Arthur. Taking to Instagram on Friday morning, Mrs Osei said: “The former Vice President was a gentleman among gentlemen, always dignified and respectful of all others, regardless of their stature in life”.
