President of the Ghana Football Association Kwesi Nyantakyi has apologized “unreservedly” to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia, ministers and deputy ministers “for indiscretion in associating them with the private conversations on the video”. The apology was contained in his resignation to the Executive Committee of the Association on Friday. World football-governing body FIFA has handed a 90-day provisional ban to embattled Ghana Football Association (GFA) President Kwesi Nyantakyi from engaging in any football activity.
