Moderate coffee drinking is safe, and three to four cups a day may have some health benefits, according to a large review of studies, in the BMJ. Zimbabwe must act quickly to dig its economy out of a hole and access international financial aid, the International Monetary Fund has warned. Government spending and foreign debt are too high and it needs structural reform, Zimbabwe mission chief Gene Leon told Reuters news agency. The Medical Director of Ankaful Psychiatric Hospital, Dr Eugene Dordoye, has apologised to staff of the hospital for the recent developments that have seen the latter embark on a sit-down strike.
