Traders at the Odawna Pedestrian Shopping Mall in Accra have served notice to cease payment of all taxes to government and city authorities if the place is not renovated by the end of this year. Part of the mall was razed by fire on January 16 this year. About 80 stalls within the mall were affected by the fire which ocured at night.
