The Western Regional office of the Veterinary Service of Ghana has killed an alsatian dog after establishing it poses serious threat to human life. The dog in question attacked and bit Bismark Adzie, a 6 year old class one pupil to death on June 20, 2017 at New Amanful in the Ahanta West District of the Western region. Ghana has again made history by being the first African country to successfully undergo a nuclear research reactor conversion from a Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU) sensitive fuel, to a Lower Enriched Uranium (LEU) sensitive one. The Council of State through the Education Ministry has approved the constitution of councils for seven public universities in the country. An articulated truck carrying about 1,000 bags of soya beans and other foodstuff dangerously tilted on its side when a steel bridge it was plying on collapsed at Garu Tempane district of the Upper East Region on Friday. Some staff of Youth Employment Agency (YEA) have petitioned the General Legal Council against lawyer Samson Lardy Anyenini for citing them in a suit against the agency without their consent.
