Teodorin Obiang Nguema is accused of buying a mansion and sports cars in France with a fortune amassed from oil-rich Equatorial Guinea’s public funds. Teacher trainees across the country have challenged the Ministry of Education to show proof of releasing GH¢50,532,000 as payment for their feeding grants. Turkish police have launched raids in Istanbul and arrested 12 people, as the hunt for an attacker who killed 39 people in a nightclub intensifies.
