Investigations have concluded in the case in which three persons suspected to have ties with terror group ISIS, were arrested for possessing explosive, the Accra Magistrate Court heard Friday.
Abdul Karim, 30; Osman Alhassan, 33, and Ismaila Ali, 32, were arrested by the Police in Odorkor on January 15, 2018 at Agape Down, near Ablekuma and Kwashibu in Accra, with a variety of suspected explosives including what was believed to be grenades.

The police were tight-lipped on details of the case, but said they had commenced investigations and assured Ghanaians and the international community not to be alarmed by the incident.
When the suspects appeared before court Friday, Police prosecutors announced they have since February 10 completed investigations into the case, TV3’s Selorm Amenya reported from the Court.
Outcome of the investigations was however not revealed in court.
Inspector Simon Appiosonu informed the court a docket has been prepared and same forwarded to the Attorney General’s Department on February 13 to provide advice, our correspondent reported.
He thus prayed the court presided over by Ebenezer Kweku Ansah to grant the prosecution some time to wait for a response from the AG’s Department.
But the judge was unhappy about the practice of prosecution always asking for time.
Counsel for Osman Alhasssan, George Asamani argued that the AG’s advice mostly take a lot of time, adding it is a clear indication there is no certainty as to when the advice will be ready.
In contended that once the prosecution has completed its investigations, there is no way the accused persons would impede investigations.
Counsel Ismaili Ali Musah and Abdul Karim applied for bail, saying the offence was bailable.
He argued section 96(7) of Act 30 of the criminal offences act makes exceptions to where bail should not be granted, which he said, included the possible interference by witnesses and accused persons not availing themselves for trial.
However, he contended the prosecution has not stated how the accused could impepde investigations which have even been concluded.
But the prosecution opposed the application arguing that the District court lacked jurisdiction to grant bail.
The court thus set February 23 to rule on whether or not to grant the accused persons bail.
