Ghana on Monday, February 6 began oral argument over the disputed boundary. Ghana’s legal representation included the new Minister of Justice Gloria Akuffo with support from her predecessor Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong and a man many tipped to be her deputy, Godfred Dame.
