Dancehall musician Shatta Wale has expressed appreciation to Andy Dosty for his positive public remarks about their behind-the-scenes discussions.
Andy Dosty recently revealed that Shatta Wale had been impressed by King Paluta’s talent after their 2020 collaboration, “Ahodwo Las Vegas,” and had considered signing him before Paluta’s rise to fame.
Reacting to this, Shatta Wale, who had not had the best relationship with Andy Dosty lately, said he is pleased with Andy’s positive statement about him this time around.
“I just like how you spoke positively about things we talk about behind the scenes. This is what Ghana needs to hear. Thank you,” he wrote.
Shatta Wale also praised King Paluta, adding that the rapper is yet to even fully showcase his potential.
“What I know he can do, he hasn’t even done a quarter of it… Let Paluta shine in his time,” he stated.
Shatta Wale’s endorsement of King Paluta comes at a time when Paluta is competing for the highly coveted ‘Artiste of the Year’ title at the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards.
