Ghanaian rapper Medikal has cautioned netizens against striking comparisons between him and other rappers, particularly Kwesi Arthur.
In a post shared on X on April 15, 2025, Medikal stated that such comparisons are not only unnecessary but also disrespectful to his craft and accomplishments in the music industry.
“Never ever compare me to any artiste, not Kwesi Arthur or anyone. Don’t even dare, are you guys fukn mad?” Medikal posted.
Medikal did not stop there, he further went on to declare that no rapper, whether in Ghana, across Africa, or internationally measures up to him in terms of talent, impact, or work ethic.
“Make una never compare me to any rapper for Ghana, Africa and beyond, nobody be my mate!” he added in pidgin.
Medikal and Kwesi Arthur have previously collaborated on several successful projects, including “Grind Day Remix,” “Different,” and other notable hit songs.
