The Northern Regional Security Council (REGSEC) after an emergency security meeting Friday has with immediate effect reviewed the curfew hours in Bimbilla. The curfew hours have been reviewed from between 10:00pm and 5:00am – which has been in force for the past six months – to between 6:00pm and 6:00am. West Africa Senior High School has been seeded again for this year’s National Science and Maths Quiz. The Adenta-based school, where the Free SHS Policy was launched by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo last year, is one of only three Greater Accra Region schools seeded for this year’s contest. Four persons are feared dead after unidentified gunmen opened fire on people in Bimbilla Thursday at about 9:00pm.
