Krobo Girls’ Senior High School has emerged winner in the senior high school category of a contest in agriculture for schools in the Eastern Region. Pupils from basic schools and students from the senior high school numbering over 600 converged at Koforidua for the finals. The normalisation committee of the Cameroon Football Federation (Fecafoot) has asked the country’s sports ministry to end coach Hugo Broos’ contract. The Swiss government has announced that it will return $320m (£240m) of the money allegedly stolen by Nigeria’s late military ruler Sani Abacha. The money was frozen in 2014 by a Swiss court after a legal procedure against his son, Abba Abacha.
